I love this straightener! I have had several others, including some professional models, that snagged my hair and caused it to break. This one didn't pull once! The plates are super smooth, and heat up quickly. I was worried that the plates are metal, because I've heard so much about ceramic, but I did a little reading and it seems that titanium is also good. After wards, I spritz the ends again with TreSemme (a tiny tiny bit, so as not to really make the ends wet) and then section hair, and straighten. To start off with I woulf just like to let you know that I have very thick curly curly hair (like tight ringlets if i don't do anything to my hair) and it is mid/long length.
